Oceans Connected Mallorca launches, with a special workshop led by Blue Health Coach and author Lizzi Larbalestier, inviting us to “Step Into The Blue” and explore a more integrated relationship with water, nature and wellbeing.

A day of meaningful connection, exploring the questions that matter

The day will unfold, with the sun rising over the horizon of Puerto Pollensa Bay. For anyone who wishes to start their day on the water, Hannah from The Mallorca Sup Company, will lead a gentle one-hour sunrise paddle, a purposeful “arrival”, and a chance to approach the day differently and experience first-hand the restorative power of blue space.

Once we return to the beach, Lizzi will guide a grounding exercise before everyone comes together at La Maina Restaurant, for a traditional Mallorquin breakfast of Pa Amb Oli, fresh fruit, tea and coffee.
